Welcome to Drywall Medic. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Drywall Medic website, services, and any related communications (collectively, the “Services”). 1. About Drywall Medic

Drywall Medic provides drywall repair, patching, finishing, and related services for residential and commercial customers. All services are provided subject to availability, location, and scheduling.


2. Eligibility

By using our Services, you represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement
  • You will use the Services only for lawful purposes

3. Estimates and Quotes

  • Any estimates provided are non-binding unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
  • Final pricing may change based on site conditions, scope changes, hidden damage, material availability, or customer-requested modifications.
  • Verbal estimates are not guaranteed.

4. Scheduling and Access

  • You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the work area at the scheduled time.
  • Missed appointments, cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or denied access may result in a service fee.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, safety concerns, illness, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Payments

  • Payment terms will be specified on your invoice or service agreement.
  • Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Late payments may be subject to interest, collection costs, or service suspension.
  • All deposits are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Remove personal items, furniture, and valuables from the work area unless otherwise agreed
  • Ensure pets and children are kept away from the work zone
  • Disclose known hazards, including asbestos, mold, electrical issues, or structural defects

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in additional charges or refusal of service.

7. Workmanship and Limitations

  • Drywall repairs may require drying, sanding, priming, and painting; color matching and texture matching are not guaranteed unless explicitly included.
  • Repaired areas may appear different due to lighting, age of surrounding surfaces, or prior workmanship.
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or latent defects.

8. Warranty

  • Drywall Medic provides a limited 2-year workmanship warranty as specified on your invoice or service agreement.
  • This warranty does not cover damage caused by structural movement, water intrusion, humidity, misuse, impact, or third-party work, and is non-transferable.
  • Warranty claims must be reported in writing within the stated warranty period.

9. Property Damage

  • We take reasonable care to protect your property; however, incidental damage may occur.
  • Drywall Medic is not responsible for damage resulting from concealed conditions or materials beyond our control.
  • Any concerns must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, text, images, and branding are the property of Drywall Medic and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

11. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or systems
  • Upload malicious code or interfere with site functionality
  • Use the site for fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful purposes

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access at our discretion.


12. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites.


13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Drywall Medic shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Drywall Medic, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.


15. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service at any time for safety concerns, non-payment, abusive behavior, or violation of these Terms.


16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province or state in which Drywall Medic operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.


17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
